Sellers, Brokers, and Developers are NOT required to advertise their available inventory on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or any website. Property input to the local MLS is how most properties are searchable online through any real estate broker’s website. Some luxury resort properties in Hawaii including Hokulia, Kukio, Hualalai, Mauna Kea (Kauna’oa & Wai’ula’ula), Mauna Lani (KeKailani, Pauoa Beach & KaMilo) and Waikoloa Beach Resort (Halii Kai) do not enlist their properties to the MLS.

Therefore you will not see these properties on this or any other website search.

However, through my relationships with developer agents and knowledge of these resorts I can provide you with the most up-to-date information on available resale properties and new construction opportunities.
